Presentations by HHICC in cooperation with HHI Senior Center
Presentations address topics that have wide interest to many members. In the past, these have always been so well attended that registration was usually required. Since we are limited to about 70 attendees/seats in the HHI Senior Center, many times repeat presentations are encouraged or desired based on the availabilty of the presenter.
The club offers approximately one or two presentations per month to members without charge. These presentations are usually led by a member experienced in the topic or application. They last from 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The content is intended to give members an understanding of a variety of computer topics and applications. They are not intended to replace academic or continuing education courses offered by local colleges. Reservations are usually required to attend a presentation. The current procedure is for the Presentation Coordinator to send an email notice to members about 2 weeks in advance of a presentation. Members must reply and receive a confirmation from the Presentation Coordinator that space is available. Members are expected to cancel their registration should they be unable to attend as planned.
The presentations normally will start at 2:00 pm on Mondays in the HHI Senior Center at Shelter Cove Lane, unless otherwise noted. Click here for a map and directions.
